Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) , or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills enabling you to build rapport and establish therapeutic alliances with clients.

• Demonstrated competency in cultural sensitivity, effectively engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely follow-ups.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working in community mental health settings or outpatient facilities.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.
