Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate their mood disorder symptoms, considering factors such as severity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that resonate with their specific needs and goals, ensuring a tailored approach to care.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to guide your sessions and interventions.

• Track and monitor clients’ progress through regular evaluations, adjusting treatment plans according to their evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals facing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related disorders. Your expertise will help empower clients to navigate their challenges and work towards recovery through skilled assessment, personalized care, and evidence-based therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.
\n
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities related to mood disorders, specifically Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Comprehensive understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to work collaboratively with medical professionals, including psychiatrists.

• A proven record of effectively treating mood disorders with demonstrable positive client outcomes.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with individuals from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, preference will be given to candidates with experience in outpatient settings, those familiar with telehealth practices, and individuals with additional certifications in specialty therapeutic techniques relevant to mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range from USD 65,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
