Working hours are structured from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions tailored to individual client needs, aiming for stress reduction and enhanced emotional well-being.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients’ stressors, aspirations, and challenges, facilitating the formulation of personalized mindfulness practices.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, including meditation and breathing techniques, to foster greater self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Organize and lead virtual group workshops and classes on mindfulness techniques, stress management strategies, and resilience building, creating a supportive community for peer interaction.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as either an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing therapeutic interventions in a mental health setting.
