Work Environment\n

This position allows for flexible remote work, taking advantage of modern technology to connect with clients from the comfort of their own homes. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but some flexibility may be necessary based on patient needs, ensuring that our services are available when clients require support the most.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate the trauma history of patients and identify suitable treatment strategies.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans that emphasize recovery from trauma and build resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to address client needs.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process trauma, develop effective coping mechanisms, and promote healing.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring clients receive immediate assistance when in distress.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping strategies, and available community resources to empower their recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse client population primarily composed of individuals who have encountered various forms of trauma. Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
