Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily responsibilities as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor will include:

• Conducting culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to better understand their unique challenges.

• Providing both individual and family therapy tailored to each patient's identified needs, utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Completing all required billing, documentation, and individualized treatment plans promptly, along with managing insurance authorization forms to ensure compliance and timely patient care.

• Developing crisis plans, safety plans, and relapse prevention strategies to aid patients in maintaining stable functioning.
\n
• Creating comprehensive discharge plans to support the transition of patients as they finish counseling.
\n
• Adhering diligently to all federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies to ensure ethical and effective practice.

• Continuously enhancing professional competence through ongoing training and education to stay updated with best practices.
\n
• Actively participating in case consultations and agency meetings to collaborate on care strategies and share insights with your peers.

• Completing all licensure and mandatory training in a timely manner to maintain your qualifications.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that leads to licensure.

• Active licensure as a mental health therapist in Arizona, including LPC, LMFT, or LCSW credentials.

We value candidates who bring prior experience in outpatient mental health settings, ideally with a track record of successful client engagement and outcome achievement. Compensation and Benefits\n
