Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to facilitate their growth and healing.

• Engage in one-on-one therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness strategies, ensuring that interventions are tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate closely with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals and track their progress throughout the treatment process, making necessary adjustments based on their evolving needs.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual therapy or may have mobility or transportation challenges, ensuring that quality care is accessible to all.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation that aligns with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, including treatment notes and assessments, for effective case management.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and stay informed about best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will connect with a diverse range of patients, each with unique challenges and backgrounds. You will work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A current, valid professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enable the establishment of a therapeutic rapport with clients, fostering trust and openness.

• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' situations, enhancing their sense of safety in therapy.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage caseloads effectively while balancing clinical and administrative responsibilities.
