This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while engaging with a supportive team dedicated to promoting mental health across communities. You will maintain a work schedule from Monday to Friday, typically from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to meet the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to encourage understanding of each patient's personal circumstances and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to clients' cultural and personal backgrounds, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address deep-rooted mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Collaborate with a diverse team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to ensure holistic and comprehensive patient care.

• Provide essential crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, demonstrating effective de-escalation techniques and immediate support.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, effective coping strategies, and available community resources, fostering empowerment and understanding.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.

• Fundamental knowledge of mental health disorders and a strong grasp of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, with an emphasis on cultural competence.

• Proven experience delivering individual and group therapy sessions with a focus on inclusive practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
