Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments, taking into account the unique histories and experiences of patients to establish customized treatment plans.

• Implement various evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques, to support each patient’s individual needs.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at tackling mental health concerns while fostering resilience and well-being among participants.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to provide a coordinated approach to patient care, ensuring a comprehensive support system.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support when patients face mental health emergencies, acting swiftly and effectively to stabilize their conditions.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
