Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to achieve optimal outcomes in psychotherapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including therapeutic notes and progress reports, adhering to legal and ethical state and federal guidelines.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, as well as group, couples, and family therapy sessions, addressing various mental health concerns.

• Engage in professional development activities, including participating in supervision, training, and workshops to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and external agencies to coordinate care and support for all clients, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with an array of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold a valid California BBS license (LMFT or LCSW) and be in good standing.

• Registration with CAQH and previous paneling with insurance providers such as Alameda Alliance is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
