In light of the evolving landscape of healthcare, this position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a flexible work schedule. Our regular operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs. You will be a vital part of a collaborative treatment team which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals, fostering a supportive atmosphere conducive to professional development and quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for new clients, employing evidence-based practices to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the highest standards of client confidentiality.

• Engage in regular consultative meetings with the treatment team to review patient progress and enhance the quality of care.

• Educate clients and their families about various mental health conditions and treatment options, empowering them with knowledge and resources.

• Keep abreast of the latest research and best practices in mental health through continuous education and training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Piedmont Care Wellness Center, you will work with a diverse population ranging from adolescents to adults who may be experiencing a variety of mental health issues. You will tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring they receive compassionate and effective support throughout their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Currently active and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• A demonstrated understanding of solution-based psychotherapy techniques is essential for this role, enabling you to tailor treatment strategies to individual client needs.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience\n
