Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including MBSR, that effectively address the specific needs of each client seeking stress reduction, relaxation, and improved emotional health.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients' presenting issues, stressors, and personal goals, tailoring mindfulness practices to individual circumstances.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions by guiding clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and breathing techniques designed to enhance self-awareness and emotional equilibrium.

• Lead engaging group workshops and classes on mindfulness practices and stress management strategies, fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to incorporate mindfulness approaches into a holistic treatment plan, enhancing the overall care provided to clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts is essential for this role.

• Experience with mindfulness-based practices and stress reduction techniques is preferred, but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with annual compensation between USD 80,000 – 104,000.
