Key Responsibilities\n

• Mmaintain accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.

• Collaborate with a cross-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive treatment that encompasses the multifaceted nature of mental health.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer reviews to enhance therapeutic practices and contribute to team learning.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available treatment options, fostering informed decision-making and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Forward Steps Psychotherapy, you will work with a diverse client population featuring varied backgrounds and mental health needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
