This position allows for a remote working arrangement, providing flexibility and convenience while serving clients from the comfort of their own spaces. The work schedule runs Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for consistent hours conducive to work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments of clients, exploring their unique stressors and challenges to create individualized treatment plans that integrate mindfulness practices.

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including guided meditation, breathwork, and self-reflection exercises, aimed at reducing stress and enhancing emotional regulation.

• Facilitate group workshops that cover various topics, including mindfulness techniques, stress management strategies, and resilience-building, fostering a sense of community and shared learning.

• Utilize tools and methodologies rooted in mindfulness to help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns while promoting healthier lifestyle choices.

• Collaborate with a team of multidisciplinary professionals to provide well-rounded treatment that addresses all aspects of clients’ mental health needs.

• Maintain detailed documentation regarding client progress, interventions used, and treatment outcomes to ensure a high standard of care and continuity in therapeutic approaches.

• Engage in regular personal mindfulness practices and continual professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in MBSR and related fields.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele ranges widely, encompassing individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. As a therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with adults, adolescents, and potentially families, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet the specific needs and experiences of each client. Your expertise in mindfulness will be particularly instrumental in helping clients cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness and agency over their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Valid licensure in Massachusetts as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Possession of strong communication skills to create a safe and soothing therapeutic atmosphere.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
