The therapist will operate predominantly through telehealth, ensuring convenience and accessibility for patients. Our work schedule generally runs Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with occasional evenings required to accommodate specific patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments, meticulously evaluating patients’ psychological states to identify relevant treatment approaches.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that cater specifically to each patient’s unique circumstances and diagnoses, integrating evidence-based methodologies.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy to provide therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on emotional expression, coping skill enhancement, and personal development.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care that addresses all aspects of health.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Happy Cures Therapy Clinic offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience.
