Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for new and existing patients, utilizing standardized evaluation tools to inform treatment decisions.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, considering each patient’s specific backgrounds, challenges, and therapeutic goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others to individuals and groups.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other health professionals, to ensure comprehensive and cohesive patient care.

• Rapidly respond to crises, providing immediate support and intervention for patients experiencing acute mental health challenges.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health concepts, treatment options, and relevant community resources to promote ongoing support and care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with adults and adolescents dealing with a range of mental health issues, from anxiety disorders to depressive episodes and trauma recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a current and valid professional license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
