Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to establish clients’ mental health statuses and therapeutic needs, employing standardized evaluation tools and clinical interviews.

• Create individualized therapy plans that incorporate evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and goals.

• Lead regular sessions with clients, delivering both individual and group therapy while integrating psychoeducation and therapy techniques that empower individuals toward recovery.

• Monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary, ensuring continuity of care and optimal outcomes through systematic evaluations.

• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare services and specialists, such as psychiatrists or support groups, when additional interventions are indicated.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR), documenting sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with privacy regulations.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case discussions to share insights and strategies for enhancing therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily engage with clients experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related issues, and substance use challenges. At White Valley Counseling Center, we have a strong commitment to cultural competence; therefore, your ability to connect with clients from various cultural backgrounds will be essential in providing effective therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as either an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.
\n
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a similar setting or with similar patient populations.
\n
• A deep understanding of various mental health disorders and effective evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
