The role will follow a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts necessary to meet patient demands.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and comprehensive mental health assessments to understand clients' psychological well-being and tailor treatment plans effectively.

• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment strategies that incorporate evidence-based practices to address clients' specific psychological needs.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches in both individual and group therapy settings.

• Engage in crisis intervention and manage emergency situations to provide immediate support to clients experiencing mental health crises.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation compliant with legal and ethical standards while documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, case discussions, and continue your professional development through training and educational opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working primarily with adults facing various mental health challenges. The client population may include individuals struggling with severe anxiety, depression, trauma histories, and other psychological conditions. As a trusted mental health professional, you will educate both patients and their families about available treatments and community resources to facilitate holistic recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid state license (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) to practice as a mental health professional.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health conditions and familiarity with trauma-informed care practices.
