Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health needs of clients, creating individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.

• Utilize secure telehealth platforms to deliver evidence-based therapy services, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals and provide ongoing support and modifications to treatment plans as needed.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s preferences and treatment objectives, ensuring a personalized approach to care.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of therapy sessions, tracking client progress within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Our clients come from various backgrounds and may present with a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a crucial role in providing support and interventions to these individuals, guiding them through their therapeutic journey while respecting their unique experiences and preferences.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
