Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Heal Space Counseling Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting secure and confidential video counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms.

• Performing comprehensive mental health assessments to identify clients' needs and devise tailored treatment plans that incorporate their unique goals.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions informed by the latest research and tailored to the individual client's situation.

• Responding promptly to crisis situations, providing immediate interventions to ensure client safety and support.

• Maintaining thorough and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Providing psychoeducation to clients, enhancing their understanding of mental health conditions, and empowering them with effective coping strategies.

• Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, referrals, and community resources to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience.

Preferred Experience\n
