Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to evaluate the psychological well-being of patients, utilizing standardized tools to create comprehensive evaluation reports.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that address each patient's unique needs and diagnoses, incorporating evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on interpersonal skills, emotional regulation, and coping strategies to support personal growth.

• Collaborate actively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care, ensuring that all aspects of a patient’s treatment are addressed.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, demonstrating strong judgment and calming techniques to support patients in distress.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health issues, treatment processes, and external resources for continued support.

• Maintain meticulous patient records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve supporting adult and adolescent clients who experience a wide range of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
