Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate the symptoms, severity, and impact of mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals, preferences, and therapeutic needs.

• Employ a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's disorder.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, encouraging active participation in their treatment journey.

• Continuously monitor and document clients’ progress, making real-time adjustments to treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a broad spectrum of clients, predominantly focusing on individuals with mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an attractive salary range of USD 80,000–100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a sign-on bonus.
