Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct extensive assessments to ascertain the severity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, employing standardized diagnostic tools to guide evaluations.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic techniques, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adjusting methodologies based on clients' ongoing feedback and progress.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, discussing treatment modalities and self-management strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Regularly monitor clients' progress, documenting significant changes and revising treatment plans as required to address evolving needs and therapeutic responses.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
