Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs, incorporating their unique histories and backgrounds into individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services using techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches during virtual sessions.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure holistic and integrated care tailored to each client's journey.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, applying your skills in real-time to assist clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies through immediate telehealth consultations.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is preferred, particularly in roles concentrated on telehealth. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms is advantageous, allowing for smooth operation and communication with clients.
