This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while also requiring occasional onsite presence at our outpatient office in Aurora. Our typical work schedule spans Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some adaptability needed to meet our patients’ scheduling needs. Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based therapeutic modalities, and a strong commitment to cultural competency in therapy.

• Strong crisis intervention capabilities, maintaining poise during challenging scenarios.

Preferred Experience\n
