As a Therapist in our practice, you will connect with patients from the comfort of your home while maintaining a structured routine within our outpatient office model. Key Responsibilities Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing modern therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP). Work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient clinic focusing on various treatment programs, including Depression Recovery and treatments for OCD and Anxiety Disorders. Document patient care accurately and timely, adhering to agency standards regarding treatment plans, outcome assessments, and compliance with local and federal regulations. Participate in weekly supervision sessions with a clinical director or supervisor to enhance therapeutic skills and adhere to ethical guidelines. Contribute to interdisciplinary team meetings, offering insights that improve patient treatment plans and overall care coordination. Patient Population / Client Focus This role primarily focuses on working with children and adolescents, along with the opportunity to cross-train with adult populations. As a mental health professional, you will have a direct role in guiding young patients and their families through their therapeutic journeys, addressing challenges, and facilitating skills development. Your expertise will help families navigate their experiences while leveraging therapeutic techniques tailored to each individual’s needs. Qualifications A Master’s or Doctorate degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required. Valid and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois. A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is mandatory. Exceptional time management and communication abilities are critical to successfully navigate diverse patient scenarios. A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice. Preferred Experience Experience in specialized areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse interventions is highly desired. Prior experience providing treatment in outpatient settings will be beneficial. Compensation and Benefits Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
