In this full-time position, you will provide essential mental health services via telehealth to clients from the comfort of their homes. Work Environment\n

This position is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from anywhere while effectively engaging with clients through our telehealth platform. Our environment is designed to promote flexibility, making it easier to maintain a healthy work-life balance. You will connect with clients Mondays through Fridays, during standard business hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a structured schedule that caters to both your professional commitments and personal endeavors.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, ensuring accurate diagnostics.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients that reflect their unique needs, goals, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring each approach to maximize client engagement and effectiveness.

• Provide educational resources and support to clients and their families on mood disorders, facilitating understanding and empowerment in managing their mental health.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to optimize outcomes and adapt to changing client needs.

• Work collaboratively with our team of psychiatrists and medical professionals to ensure a seamless integration of care, enhancing the overall client experience.

• Stay informed on the latest developments and research concerning mood disorders to continuously refine treatment methodologies and approaches.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of all client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans to comply with established legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients dealing with mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. You will work closely with individuals who may be experiencing significant challenges in their daily lives due to these disorders, providing them with the tools and strategies necessary to navigate their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid professional license such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or a Psychologist in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.
\n
• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and experience collaborating with psychiatrists.
\n
• A proven history of achieving successful outcomes in treating clients with mood disorders.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and connect with clients from a variety of backgrounds.

• Experience in a telehealth environment is highly desirable, demonstrating adaptability to virtual therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
