Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health and substance use needs of clients, tailoring strategies to individual circumstances.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive and coordinated treatment experience for each client.

• Provide crisis intervention and emergency support, employing immediate strategies to stabilize clients during critical moments.

• Educate clients and their families on addiction, treatment modalities, recovery strategies, and available community resources to foster an informed support system.

• Ensure meticulous and confidential documentation of client progress and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participate actively in team meetings and professional development opportunities to remain current with advancements in mental health and addiction treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a current and valid licensure as a LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PSYD in the state of Washington.

• In-depth understanding of substance use disorders and recovery-oriented care practices.

• Proficient in the application of evidence-based treatment modalities with a strong commitment to client-centered approaches.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong emphasis on compassion and empathy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, reflecting your experience and expertise in the field.
