Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health statuses and determine their individual treatment needs.

• Design and implement personalized therapy plans that address issues such as anxiety, depression, substance use, and eating disorders.

• Maintain regular contact with clients, providing ongoing support and therapeutic interventions to promote their mental health journey.

• Provide referrals to other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, as necessary for medication management and holistic care.

The client population you will be serving includes individuals from varying socio-economic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds dealing with a wide array of mental health concerns. Your work will directly impact clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship issues, and you will provide them with the tools necessary to improve their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington state.

• At least four years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, providing a solid foundation for dealing with a diverse array of mental health issues.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities that cater to diverse populations.

• Skillful in crisis intervention, maintaining composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, essential for developing rapport and understanding clients’ unique experiences.

• Experience with EHR systems and the ability to navigate digital tools effectively for client management and communication.

• A commitment to ethical practice, professional boundaries, and confidentiality in all interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, based on your experience and qualifications.
