Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations to establish clients' mental health statuses.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions designed to empower clients with the skills necessary to manage their mental health effectively.

• Monitor client progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary to address evolving needs and challenges.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to create an integrated care plan that best supports the client.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele consists of diverse individuals grappling with various mental health issues, including those with complex co-occurring disorders. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients from different cultural backgrounds, requiring sensitivity and adaptability in your therapeutic approach. This role emphasizes the importance of cultural competence to enhance treatment efficacy and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in mental health counseling with a strong understanding of various mental health disorders.

• Proven expertise in employing evidence-based treatment approaches and crisis intervention strategies.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the formation of trusting relationships with patients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience with EHR systems and proficiency in using technology to facilitate remote therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
