Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health issues, formulating personalized treatment plans that align with their specific needs.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Offer teletherapy services, ensuring that clients who encounter barriers to accessing in-person care receive the support they require.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training, and utilizing contemporary practices in mental health therapy to improve clinical skills.

Client Focus\n

Your primary client base will consist of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. You will play a vital role in fostering resilience and promoting mental wellness among clients, many of whom may struggle to find accessible resources due to geographical or socio-economic barriers.

Qualifications\n

• Valid and active licensure in Massachusetts as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
