Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a dedicated caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering trusting relationships that prioritize professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular client sessions to assess progress and stability, addressing any emerging needs and planning for discharge when suitable.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans, ensuring that they are client-centered and appropriately tailored.

• Document client interactions meticulously, keeping updated clinical notes and progress assessments in compliance with best practices.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to determine client needs and appropriate treatment interventions.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions each week, utilizing therapeutic techniques suited for diverse issues.

• Engage in individual supervision and continuous professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice primarily serves adults, children, and families, addressing a wide range of mental health conditions. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will conduct assessments and deliver therapy to clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role contributes directly to empowering clients to achieve personal growth through effective therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• A current, unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation.

• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. Employees are compensated through a Fee-for-Service model, which guarantees payment ahead of collections, ensuring that you are never left waiting for reimbursement.
