Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, facilitating a safe space for clients to explore their experiences and emotions.

• Lead group therapy sessions to promote community support and shared learning among participants facing similar challenges.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions to enhance communication and understanding within family dynamics affected by mental health issues.

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments, utilizing standardized instruments and personal interviews, to develop tailored treatment plans that address clients' specific needs and goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and educational professionals, to coordinate holistic care and ensure clients receive comprehensive support.

• Maintain precise and confidential electronic health records using our integrated EHR systems, documenting therapy sessions and patient progress in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in clinical supervision and ongoing education through workshops and seminars to stay current with best practices in the mental health field and fulfill licensure requirements.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and risk assessments, equipping clients and their families with tools for immediate support during challenging moments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will directly impact a diverse population of clients dealing with a wide array of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders (such as depression), substance abuse, trauma-related conditions, and interpersonal relationship struggles. Understanding the nuanced needs of different demographics will be essential in effectively engaging and supporting clients from various backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts is required.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
