Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for individuals, addressing both pre-crisis and crisis management strategies to ensure clients receive the most effective care.

• Maintain careful documentation that meets or exceeds regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with best practices in mental health care.

• Utilize clinically validated screening tools and approaches to identify issues and inform treatment plans, working collaboratively within the clinical team.

• Assist in the creation and implementation of positive behavior support plans, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client outcomes.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, fulfilling necessary requirements and representing the organization positively within the community.

• Build and maintain relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to advocate for clients and ensure a wide range of resources and support options are available.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities such as conferences, workshops, and community meetings to stay current with best practices in mental health.

• Promote the mission and values of Beverly Wellness Care through every client interaction and professional engagement.
\n
• Perform additional duties as directed by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall operational success of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, substance abuse issues, and life transitions. The role emphasizes person-centered therapy, allowing counselors to build rapport and trust while providing high-quality, individualized care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a related mental health field is required.

• An independent LMHC license is mandatory for this position.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in telehealth delivery systems is highly valued, along with familiarity in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management. Candidates who have previously worked in a diverse, multidisciplinary team environment and have experience with crisis intervention techniques will be prioritized.
