Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to identify individual and family needs effectively.

• Provide tailored individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques that address the specific concerns and goals of your clients.

• Manage all relevant documentation, including billing, treatment plans, insurance authorization forms, and clinical notes, ensuring timely completion and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Develop and implement crisis intervention strategies, safety plans, wellness initiatives, and relapse prevention plans to assist clients in maintaining stability and promoting recovery.

• Create comprehensive discharge plans for patients, ensuring they have the resources and support needed for a successful transition out of therapy.
\n
• Keep abreast of current federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, as well as facility policies to ensure compliance in all aspects of clinical practice.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education, enhancing your skills and clinical knowledge.

• Take part in regular case consultations and agency meetings to foster collaborative care and collective problem-solving within the team.

• Complete all licensure requirements and participate in required trainings to maintain a high level of professional competency.

Your work will primarily center on patients who seek to improve their mental health and emotional well-being, ranging from individuals managing anxiety and depression to families navigating complex dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that qualifies for licensure.

• Licensure: You must hold a current Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) credential in the State of Massachusetts.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth or remote counseling services is highly desirable, especially within diverse and underserved communities.

• A strong background in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (such as CBT, DBT, etc.) will be considered an asset.
