Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home while also collaborating with colleagues. Despite the remote setting, our outpatient office remains an integral part of our practice, where team meetings and professional discussions occur. You will benefit from a flexible work schedule, primarily Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some evening shifts depending on client requirements. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to establish the individual needs and treatment goals of clients entering substance use disorder programs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans, employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy.

• Facilitate engaging individual counseling sessions that effectively address the motivations, challenges, and psychological barriers facing clients.

• Lead group therapy sessions that not only provide support but also foster a sense of community among clients during their recovery journey.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and coordinated treatment strategies that address the complexities of addiction.

• Provide crisis intervention support when necessary, ensuring client safety during acute situations.

• Educate individuals and their families about addiction recovery, available resources, and sustainable recovery strategies.

• Maintain confidential and accurate client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring quality care.

• Actively participate in team meetings and professional development sessions to stay updated on the latest research and treatment modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with predominantly include those battling substance use disorders, ranging from mild to severe cases. Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, or related field.

• Current licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n
