Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and intake diagnostic evaluations, including crisis planning and treatment planning.

• Collaborate closely with clients to establish achievable goals and customize treatment strategies that cater to their unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation using Electronic Health Records (EHR), tracking client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Participate in clinical meetings and interdisciplinary discussions to share insights and improve patient care collaboration.

• Provide crisis intervention and diversion strategies as needed, ensuring clients receive timely support during difficult moments.

• Engage with clients' family members when appropriate to monitor treatment response and behavioral changes.

• Supervise and mentor junior therapists and interns, guiding them to ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Stay informed on best practices and clinical standards by attending training sessions, conferences, and seminars.

• Adhere to all legal regulations, including HIPAA, to maintain confidentiality and client trust.

• Participate in after-hours on-call services and weekend holiday coverage as part of team collaboration.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a human services-related field is required.

• Valid licensure in the District of Columbia as an LPC, LICSW, or LMFT.

• Proficiency in using technology for documentation and client management documentation, including EHR systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
