Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, leveraging telehealth capabilities to extend our mental health services to those in need. You’ll work standard hours from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some flexibility for evening shifts to accommodate client needs. As part of a collaborative and supportive team, you will participate in regular meetings and case consultations to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the individual needs and objectives of clients seeking treatment for substance use disorders.

• Offer individual and group counseling sessions aimed at empowering clients in their recovery journey.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, addiction medicine specialists, and multidisciplinary team members to deliver integrated patient care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Washington State is required.

• In-depth knowledge of substance use disorders and modern recovery-oriented treatment modalities is essential.

• Demonstrated experience in both individual and group therapy settings, particularly within addiction treatment frameworks.

• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills characterized by a non-judgmental, empathetic approach to therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Englewood Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside potential bonuses. Additional financial incentives, such as a sign-on bonus, may be available. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
