Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand and evaluate the unique needs and treatment goals of patients seeking help for substance use disorders.

• Deliver high-quality individual counseling sessions using established therapeutic approaches, including motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy.

In this role, you will primarily support individuals facing challenges with substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.

• Demonstrated knowledge of substance use disorders, treatment modalities, and recovery-oriented care approaches.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy in the context of addiction treatment settings.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, combined with a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to patient care.

• Ability to maintain professional boundaries while adhering to ethical guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality is paramount.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling is required, candidates with extensive backgrounds in substance use disorder treatment, including specific training in evidence-based practices and therapies, will be highly valued. Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
