Though this position is primarily remote, you will frequently engage with our outpatient office team to ensure synchronized care delivery. Our practice emphasizes flexibility, allowing you to design your schedule within typical office hours, with regular shifts set from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

Your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist includes a wide array of responsibilities that are critical to patient progress. These tasks involve:

• Conducting thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs and establish personalized treatment plans based on those assessments.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, particularly cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy, to facilitate effective treatment for individuals, couples, and families.

• Leading psychoeducational groups designed to educate patients about mental health issues and foster community support among participants.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.

• Providing crisis intervention services to support patients during acute mental health emergencies, displaying empathy and sound clinical judgment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on a diverse range of individuals seeking mental health support, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds. You will be trained to employ culturally competent practices and address unique challenges faced by each demographic.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. Additionally, candidates are required to have valid licensure in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) . A strong foundation in mental health disorders, therapeutic methodologies, and professional ethics is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates with at least two years of clinical experience who demonstrate proficiency in conducting mental health assessments and individual as well as group therapy sessions. Familiarity with diverse therapeutic techniques and the ability to adapt interventions to meet the varied needs of our clientele is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
