Key Responsibilities\n

Your role will encompass a range of critical responsibilities, including:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve patients managing co-occurring mental health and medical conditions. You will engage with individuals dealing with chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and other psychiatric challenges, providing them with customized support that acknowledges and addresses the interplay of their physical and mental health.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Georgia.
\n
• Proven proficiency in addressing the mental health needs of individuals experiencing co-occurring medical conditions.

• Experience in providing integrated care and collaborating effectively with medical professionals.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills necessary for building rapport with patients and teams.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries, adhere to ethical guidelines, and ensure patient confidentiality.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of related experience is required, preference will be given to candidates with additional background in integrated care settings, crisis intervention, and working with chronic illness populations. Experience delivering services via telehealth is also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
