Gotham Enterprises Ltd is actively seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to become an integral part of our dedicated integrated care team in Lehigh Acres, Florida. This full-time remote position offers a unique opportunity to work within a community health clinic environment, specializing in the treatment of individuals struggling with both mental health and substance use disorders. The Therapist will engage with clients through comprehensive assessment and evidence-based interventions, guiding them on their journey to recovery and holistic well-being. A sign-on bonus will be provided to selected candidates.

This role is primarily remote, allowing Therapists to deliver care from a location of their choosing while maintaining strong collaboration with our interdisciplinary team, comprising psychiatrists, addiction specialists, nurses, and additional support personnel. You can expect to engage in a vibrant virtual work culture where teamwork, communication, and the sharing of best practices are highly encouraged. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional evening hours as needed for client appointments.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and substance use disorders, identifying co-occurring conditions and treatment needs.

• Collaborate with clients to create and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices that address dual diagnoses.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions focused on developing coping strategies, relapse prevention, and emotional regulation skills.
\n
• Coordinate integrated care with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive treatment, including referral processes when necessary.
\n
• Monitor client progress with regular evaluations, adapting treatment plans and employing motivational interviewing techniques to enhance engagement in recovery.

• Educate clients and their families on the interactions of mental health and substance use disorders, emphasizing the importance of compliance with treatment protocols.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of treatment activities in compliance with ethical, regulatory, and organizational standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and case conferences to enhance clinical knowledge and stay up to date with best practices.

Our clinic serves a diverse population of individuals dealing with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will directly impact clients' lives by offering the necessary support and guidance as they navigate their recovery journeys. The population you will serve may include individuals from various cultural, social, and economic backgrounds, each with unique challenges and resilience.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as either an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of Florida.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities for treating co-occurring disorders, such as Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment (IDDT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• A strong understanding of the relationship between mental health and substance use disorders, along with an ability to communicate this effectively to clients and their families.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team setting.

• At least two years of clinical experience working with individuals facing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
\n
• Experience in a community health setting or integrated care model.
\n
• Acquaintance with telehealth technologies to facilitate remote therapy sessions.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus.
