Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing strong rapport and maintaining professional boundaries while providing effective treatment.

• Conduct regular progress evaluations with clients, discussing their stability and planning future appointments, including discharge when it is appropriate.
\n
• Create, implement, and continuously monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
\n
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of client sessions and maintain accurate progress notes to facilitate seamless communication and continuity of care.
\n
• Administer initial intake assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, needs, and immediate concerns.
\n
• Facilitate individual counseling sessions, focusing on evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support recovery and personal growth.

• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions to reflect on practice, seek guidance, and enhance your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve are often dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Additionally, you may work with individuals experiencing substance abuse challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

• Ability to meet the credentialing standards for clinical practice within our facility.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience working with psychiatric patients or individuals facing substance abuse issues.

• Demonstrable experience in conducting assessments, diagnosing conditions, and delivering individual and group therapy.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems and basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
