We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our busy, fast-paced Internal Medicine practice in Lehigh Acres, Florida. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical experience in Internal Medicine or Primary Care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a busy patient schedule while maintaining a high standard of care. Position Details • Position: ARNP / PA – Internal Medicine • Location: Lehigh Acres, Florida • Employment: Full-Time • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM • Patient Volume: Approximately 20–25 patients per day • Salary: Competitive salary based on experience Key Responsibilities • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat adult patients in an Internal Medicine/Primary Care setting. • Provide comprehensive management of acute and chronic medical conditions. • Develop individualized treatment plans and provide appropriate follow-up care. • Participate in chronic care management and preventive healthcare services. • Manage a busy patient schedule while maintaining quality and compassionate patient care. • Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and preventive health. • Collaborate effectively with physicians, clinical staff, and administrative team members. • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation. • Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and strong leadership within the healthcare team. Qualifications & Requirements • Current ARNP/NP or PA license eligible to practice in Florida. • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Internal Medicine or Primary Care. • . • Strong experience with chronic care management. • Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • EClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR experience is a plus. • Proven ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced medical office. • Strong team-player mentality with demonstrated leadership skills. • Compassionate approach with a strong commitment to exceptional patient care. • Dependable, professional, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating with the healthcare team.
