Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist with us, you'll enjoy a structured work schedule from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, providing a balanced professional and personal life. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of new patients to develop tailored treatment plans that meet their individual needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions focused on restoring motion and improving physical function through hands-on techniques and exercises.
• Utilize orthopedic expertise to implement effective treatment modalities that emphasize non-surgical interventions and minimize reliance on medications.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans and treatment approaches as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients on their conditions, rehabilitation process, and strategies for maintaining a healthy lifestyle post-treatment.
• Document patient interactions and outcomes accurately in electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with best practices and organizational protocols.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation specialists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in orthopedic therapy.
• Encourage patient engagement and motivation through support and guidance, promoting a positive recovery environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse range of patients, primarily focusing on those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A completed Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Must hold an active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, with a clean disciplinary record.

• Knowledgeable in the use of electronic medical records (EMR) systems, with experience in Web PT preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is competitive, offering between USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
