Work Environment

This position is fully onsite, requiring you to travel to patients' homes within the Lehigh Acres area to provide personalized physical therapy services. Working hours will typically fall between Monday and Friday, from either 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM, with the option for a 4x10-hour shift schedule, offering flexibility while ensuring a work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily routine will be dynamic and engaging, involving:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition and functional limitations.
• Developing, implementing, and modifying personalized treatment plans based on individual needs and recovery goals.
• Utilizing specialized techniques, such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote healing and improve function.
• Educating patients and families on injury prevention and home exercise programs to foster independence.
• Collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic primarily includes individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, tailoring your clinical expertise to meet the specific needs of each patient, and helping them achieve their recovery milestones.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you must possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. (A Master's degree is preferred.)
• A valid Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in Florida.
• Strong clinical decision-making skills paired with excellent communication abilities to build rapport with patients and their families.

Preferred Experience

We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy practice, with demonstrated expertise in rehabilitation techniques and patient-centered care approaches. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and home health specialties is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 based on your experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
