This role offers the flexibility of a home care work environment, with a Monday to Friday schedule that allows our therapists to select their own hours. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in their home environments, assessing their physical abilities, limitations, and individual needs.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise regimes, manual therapy, modalities, and adaptive equipment.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, documenting treatment outcomes and necessary adjustments to enhance rehabilitation strategies.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and guide them in the use of any recommended assistive devices to promote independence and mobility.
• Provide pain management strategies and therapeutic exercises tailored to help patients reach their maximum potential.
