Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, incorporating diagnostic tools and patient assessments to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Implement and adapt therapeutic exercise programs that address a variety of orthopedic conditions, ensuring alignment with each patient's unique recovery goals.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to treat patients, including manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, and rehabilitation exercises.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service throughout all patient interactions, fostering trust and rapport that contributes to patient adherence and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to enhance patient outcomes by sharing insights and adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about treatment plans and preventive measures, empowering them with knowledge to support their recovery.
• Monitor and track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet the changing needs of the patient.
• Meet minimum utilization goals and participate in business development activities to advance practice goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily focus on treating patients with a range of orthopedic issues, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. You will also have the opportunity to address cases involving pediatric and neurologic patients, providing a broad scope for professional growth and skill enhancement. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation is essential.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
• Proficiency in word processing and computer applications necessary for maintaining patient records.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to engage with patients and their families positively.

Preferred Experience

While the minimum two years' experience is required, candidates with a background in diverse specialties, including pediatrics and sports medicine, will be viewed favorably. Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
