Peak Performance Physical Therapy is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Lehigh Acres, Florida. This full-time position focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within our outpatient clinic. Work Environment

This position is onsite, allowing for direct interaction with patients in a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. You will work primarily in our outpatient clinic, which is designed to facilitate efficient treatment and foster therapeutic relationships. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, creating a work-life balance while enabling you to focus on delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, evidence-based physical therapy interventions, addressing patients' specific goals and rehabilitation needs.
• Maintain a manageable caseload, ensuring ample time is dedicated to each patient for effective care and recovery.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic care to assess and create tailored treatment plans that promote improved functionality and wellness.
• Implement non-surgical treatment modalities to enhance patient mobility and minimize reliance on medications.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to optimize patient outcomes.
• Continuously evaluate patients' progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to align with their evolving needs.
• Document all services provided accurately and efficiently, utilizing EMR systems such as Web PT.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their recovery journey, instilling confidence and promoting active participation in their treatment.
• Develop and implement wellness programs designed to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and overall fitness.
• Stay updated on the latest research and developments in physical therapy to ensure best practices are consistently applied.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily focuses on adult orthopedic patients recovering from surgery, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our clients are motivated individuals eager to regain their physical capabilities and return to their daily activities or athletic pursuits. Your work will directly contribute to their recovery process, enabling them to achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Must hold a current and valid Physical Therapist license in Florida, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in a wide range of manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation practices.
• Proven ability to design and implement effective exercise and rehabilitation programs based on patient assessment.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly Web PT, for comprehensive documentation.
• Up-to-date knowledge of contemporary research and advancements in physical therapy methodologies.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred, with a track record of successful patient outcomes.
• Expertise in manual therapy and hands-on techniques that enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Background in sports medicine and rehabilitation is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
