Work Environment

This full-time position is onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Facility in Lehigh Acres, which is easily accessible and equipped with the latest therapeutic tools and technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at preventing disability, alleviating pain, and restoring muscle function to promote the best possible outcomes for patients.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities through diagnostic and prognostic assessments, modifying treatment plans based on their unique needs.
• Supervise and guide Physical Therapy Assistants in delivering effective treatments, ensuring adherence to the prescribed care plan while maintaining compliance with state regulations.
• Administer various therapeutic modalities, including manual therapies, functional exercises, and physical agents to assist clients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
• Evaluate the home environment for safety and accessibility, making recommendations that enhance independence and quality of life.
• Document all clinical encounters meticulously, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, maintaining accurate clinical records as per regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate as a vital member of the interdisciplinary team, participating in case conferences to provide holistic care to our patients.
• Engage with patients and their families to educate them about therapy devices and self-management techniques for ongoing rehabilitation success.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active and valid Florida Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 100,000 and USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
