Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities, mobility, and functional limitations to create individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions and modalities, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, and functional activity training, to promote recovery.
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants, ensuring the effective implementation of treatment plans in accordance with patients' care goals.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and address all aspects of the patient's rehabilitation journey.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress, document findings, and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Instruct patients and caregivers in therapeutic techniques and use of assistive devices, enhancing patient independence and safety.
• Communicate with physicians and other healthcare providers regarding patient status, proposing changes in the plan of care as necessary.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries, in alignment with facility policies and procedures.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay updated on current research and advancements in physical therapy.
• Support community outreach initiatives to educate the public about rehabilitation services and the importance of physical therapy in health restoration.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical reasoning skills and the ability to make informed decisions regarding patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and the pursuit of clinical excellence.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting is highly desirable.
• Proficient in developing and utilizing evidence-based protocols for various treatment modalities.
• Background in mentoring or supervising junior therapists or assistants.

Compensation and Benefits

Vitality Physio-Rehab Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 yearly , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
